With 2013’s unstoppably cheerful single “Thank You,” pop-rap duo MKTO provided a floor-stomping rallying cry for a young generation fed up with the hand dealt to them by their elders. The infectious YouTube sensations have since opened for the likes of Emblem3 and Demi Lovato, and now come to House of Blues on the Sunset Strip as part of their first headlining tour. The two halves of MKTO, soulful singer Tony Oller and lovable rapper Malcolm Kelley, met each other while acting on the Nickelodeon TV series Gigantic and bring a lively chemistry to their live shows honed by a lifetime of performing.
