Beyond survive, Thrive!

A charity EDM event for survivors of abuse, with proceeds going to The Gatehouse. Sexual assault is a vastly under-reported crime. According to Statistics Canada, only 6% of all sexual assaults are reported to police. 64% said they didn’t report because of fear and shame. No one who has experienced this violence should be ashamed, should live in fear.

This event is to dance, in joy, love, & healing for those who have suffered. A night of amazing music to dance beyond survival, to freedom.

The Gatehouse envisions a future where those impacted by childhood sexual abuse can heal and reclaim their voices.

Since 1998 The Gatehouse has offered support groups for Adult survivors of childhood sexual abuse through social reconnection, education and information on the effects that sexual abuse can have. A place to come together and have their voice heard. The community-based setting provides support for survivors as they move out of isolation and into inclusion, as they continue their healing journey.
