Trey Anastasio With the LA Phil

Guitar wizard, composer and prolific songwriter Trey Anastasio upends the orchestral experience as he joins the Los Angeles Philharmonic with innovative versions of compositions written throughout his 30-year career. Since the early ’80s, Anastasio has recorded and performed with Phish, in addition to numerous spin-offs, solo work and collaborations like this with orchestras. Richard Reed Parry (Arcade Fire) and Bryce Dessner (The National) open the concert with the yMusic ensemble, performing selections from Parry’s new release Music for Heart and Breath.
