Corrective Exercise To Improve Your Posture Slouching & Forward Head Posture [1-2pm]
In this 1 hour workshop, Austin Norris will discuss the mechanics and causes of Slouching, Thoracic Kyphosis, & Forward Head Posture. Austin will also teach you a simple series of corrective exercises & DIY therapy techniques that can easily be integrated into your yoga practice to improve your upper body posture.
Corrective Exercise To Improve Your Posture Flat Feet, Knock Knees, & Lower Cross Syndrome [2:30 – 3:30pm]
In this 1 hour workshop, Austin Norris will discuss the mechanics and causes of Flat Feet, Knock Knees, & Lower Cross Syndrome. Austin will also teach you a simple series of corrective exercises & DIY therapy techniques that can easily be integrated into your yoga practice to improve your lower body posture.
Cost: $18HST or TYS Membership/Class Card per workshop.
