About the Artists

Since 2000, Andrea Cohen and Wiska Radkiewicz have co-directed the SoundSon Project, a web-based approach to audio sharing and collaborative composition. Based on principles developed in this environment, composers and students from around the world engage in an ongoing exchange of sounds from which collaborative sound works are created. A series of works made in this way by Cohen, Radkiewicz, and their collaborators have been aired, performed, and published internationally by Radio France, NAISA New Adventures in Sound Art Toronto, and the 2014 Invisible Places conference Portugal, among others.
