Sundays 130pm – 230pm

Tuesdays 11am – 12pm

A ballet workout with a twist. Incorporate ballet, yoga and Pilates based movements for a continuous fat burning workout. Feel long, lean and strong. Using upbeat music, this class will take you through core, balance and toning exercises for an increased fat burning dance class. The use of hand weights are incorporated for an intense port-a-bras and some floor work will get your muscles feeling long and lean. No experience necessary.

Instructor Bio:

Elizabeth Vecchio has had the passion of movement for over 20 years. Her roots formed through recreational dance classes, where she later moved forward to dance competitively, attended Arts High School ESA, and graduate from the York University Dance Program.

Elizabeth became a Canadian Yoga Alliance Certified Instructor in 2010 after returning from living abroad in South East Asia. She was introduced to yoga pranayama by a friend and hasn’t turned back since. Elizabeth divides her time between teaching Ballet Sculpt, Ballet Bootcamp, Stretch & Tone, Flexibility, Fusion, Vinyasa Yoga and Hatha Yoga classes within the Toronto Dance & Yoga community at Tula Yoga Spa and City Dance Corps Toronto. Elizabeth has more than 1500 hours of teaching experience and has also recently become a Lole Women Ambassador.
