Get long, lean and strong with this 60 min ballet-inspired workout! Structured similar to a ballet class complete with a warm-up, tendus, battements, along with traveling steps, cardio, strength and flexibility components.
Everything is done in the centre, and across the floor (no barre) for an added balance and core challenge! No special shoes required, bare feet or barre socks work best! Wear comfy clothes you can be free to move in (yoga pants and a tank top are great).
Bring a yoga mat and water bottle. Previous and new participants welcome!!
