Note from VOTE SNS Campaign:

We are a group of grassroots organizers who came together to support 2 Candidates Suzanne Narain for Councillor Ward 8 and Sabrina Gopaul School Trustee to run in Ward 4 Ward 7 and 8, both of them are long-time residents and social advocates in the Jane and Finch community. We came together as fellow grassroots organizers to support these candidates to ensure that in our campaign keep a light on the issues that often get overshadowed within Elections, issues such as poverty, housing, employment and access to adequate transit. The issues which are continuously a struggle for many in this city throughout the year, For us it goes beyond October 27th, we have been doing this work for years, and will continue on October 28th. We take our push for social change from our households, our neighbourhoods, to the streets straight into City Hall.
