The Nutcracker Dances Onto the Stage for the Holiday Season

Pasadena Dance Theatre brings Tchaikovsky’s classic score to life in The Nutcracker ballet. The dance tells the timeless story of young Clara, who dreams that her gift of a toy nutcracker soldier comes to life. Together they experience a grand adventure that takes them through an epic battle with the Mouse King, into the land of snow, and on to the Sugar Plum Fairy’s majestic Kingdom and the grand waltz of the flowers. More than 80 dancers take part in this year’s colorful holiday spectacular, sure to delight both young and old.
