When mama cat Dutchess finds herself lost in the French countryside with her children, she doesn’t know what to do. That is, until she meets the street-savvy alley cat Thomas O’Malley and his rag-tag bunch. Together, they hatch a plan to help Dutchess and her kittens find their way back home. This production of The Aristocats — inspired by the classic animated film — is part of Creating Arts Company’s “Twinkle Theater,” designed to introduce babies and toddlers to musical theater in a way that is non-threatening. You won’t see any theater black-outs, scene changes or heavy makeup here. The goal is to keep little ones’ attention and keep them entertained with fast-paced singing, dancing and bright lights.
