There are singers, and then there are singers. Join three of the most talented and ambitious vocalists working in the biz today as Broadway’s Shoshana Bean, rising star Jason Joseph and Jake Simpson (Star Search) join forces to create the supergroup Triad of Soul. Shoshana Bean is currently one of Broadway’s brightest stars, known for playing Elphaba in Wicked and for originating the role of Shelley in Hairspray. She’s joined by Jason Joseph, whose smooth vocals and fly style put a contemporary twist on classic ’70s soul, and Jake Simpson, whose incredible four-octave range was featured by Oprah on her long-running OWN show. Backed by a live band, the talented trio will perform audience favorites plus a selection of new tunes in what promises to be an intimate night of vocal acrobatics and “soulful sangin’.”
