Flappers Comedy Club – Claremont (Claremont, CA)
After dealing with Tourette Syndrome since he was eight years old, comedian Samuel Comroe is a master of self-deprecating humor. A Valley boy with a background in acting, Comroe’s first stand-up gigs were in his school cafeteria, where he charged 50 cents for admission and donated the proceeds back to his class. From there, he started performing on the street at Third Street Promenade before breaking into the comedy club circuit. He’s now a house comedian at Flappers and a regular at other local clubs, as well as touring nationally, opening for comedians like Tom Green and Gallagher. Known in the industry as one of the most energetic and friendly up-and-comers, Comroe’s unique brand of observational humor focuses on life with Tourette Syndrome.
