Cabaret jazz artist Shawn Ryan steps in as an “Artist in Residence” at L.A.’s Rockwell, bringing along his signature charm, comedy and vocal chops. After wowing the world on America’s Got Talent in 2006, Ryan became one of the hottest artists on the cabaret circuit. He also made the jump from reality TV to series roles, appearing on Bones, Women’s Murder Club and even receiving a GLAAD nomination for a role on The Mentalist. Ryan will perform a slew of standards with The Kelly Park Band and then offer a special preview screening of Charlie, a short film he wrote and stars in, alongside Jim O’Heir (Parks and Recreation) and Mo Collins (Mad TV). After the screening, there will be a Q&A with the cast and crew.
