Based on Jane Austen’s last novel, The Elliots centers on heroine Anne Elliot as she gets a second chance at love. Eight years earlier, she was forced to turn down a proposal from a young naval officer when her father and older sister deemed him unworthy and beneath Anne. He returns wealthy from maritime plunder, but has not forgiven Anne for her rejection. Capturing the wit, romance and hope of Austen’s novel, Little Candle Productions’ The Elliots follows Anne’s machinations to win the object of her desires.
