The Canyon (Agoura Hills, CA)
Skid Row came storming out of the gate in the late ’80s with three straight multi-platinum albums, spawning hits like “18 and Life,” “I Remember You” and “Monkey Business.” Shedding lead singer Sebastian Bach in favor of Johnny Solinger in 1999, the popular hair metal band toured and released two new albums, with original members including guitarists Dave “The Snake” Sabo and Scotti Hill and bassist Rachel Bolan. Their latest EP, United World Rebellion: Chapter Two, is the second chapter of the band’s trilogy. See these ’80s metal greats when they play The Canyon, fronted by new lead singer Tony Harnell — formerly of Norweigian power metal band TNT — who replaced Solinger earlier this year.
