Recording industry legends come together to help one of their own in Jammin’ For Jones, a star-studded benefit at the historic Saban Theater in Beverly Hills. For four decades, singer-songwriter Jeff Jones has been the consummate “musician’s musician,” a brilliantly talented songwriter who supplied tunes for Art Garfukel, toured as a guitarist for The Monkees, and collaborated with the likes of Rod Stewart and Eric Clapton. Now this incredible talent has been laid low by a double diagnosis of Parkinson’s and Multiple Sclerosis (MS). Be there as some of his dearest friends, including five-time Grammy winner Dionne Warwick, singer-songwriter Stephen Bishop, The Monkee’s Micky Donlenz, and velvet-voiced chanteuse Rumer, take the stage backed by an all-star band. SNL legend Kevin Nealon hosts this lively evening which also features moving video tributes by One Direction, Michael McDonald and many other celebrities.
