Briefly, the event will entertain, educate and invite guests to explore the rich gastronomical cuisine and amazing SuperFoods of the Andean Region. Guests will travel to faraway countries like Peru, Colombia, Bolivia, Chile and Ecuador for a first-hand look at the health-conscious products that are the everyday in the Andes.

Guests will taste culinary dishes prepared during a live cooking demo by 4 local prestigious chefs showcasing Peruvian Gastronomy, a tasting of Ceviche, Quinoa Salads, and more.
//A Molecular Mixology Demo
Guests will enjoy unique Molecular Mixology cocktails designed for the event using Pisco, Peru’s traditional brandy. Recipes include a Pisco Sphere, Pisco Pink Lady and a Pisco Golden Berry Infusion.

Guests will explore the exclusive, ethnic, healthy and organic, Non-GMO SuperFoods from the Andean Region, Quinoa, Maca, Golden Berry, Cocoa, Sacha Inchi, and more.
