2015 Pride Film Showcase — L.A.: A Queer History
The Montalbán (Hollywood, CA)

Celebrate Pride Month with a screening of clips from the new film L.A.: A Queer History, along with rarely seen LGBTQ shorts from the ’60s-’70s, at L.A.’s historic Montalban Theatre. This benefit for Gregorio Davila’s unfinished documentary, which tracks the birth and growth of the gay civil rights movement in Los Angeles, is also set to feature a post-show Q&A, as well as an after-party. Among those participating on the panel are the director, Davila, Christopher Street West founder Rev. Troy Perry, L.A. LGBT Center co-founder John Platania and well-known activist and author Jeanne Cordova.
