This June 20th, the streets, porches, businesses, parks and alleyways of Toronto’s Downtown Seaton Village neighbourhood will come alive with music as the neighbourhood welcomes Opening Tuning: A Free Music Festival (10:00 a.m. to 10:00 pm)
