Claymation Film Festival at Etobicoke Junior School Brings Together Shorts from 500 Grade 1-5 Students
School Hosts First Annual Highfield International Film Festival
More than 500 Grade 1-5 students will premiere short claymation films they wrote and produced in class at the first annual Highfield International Film Festival (HIFF).
Students wrote their stories in small groups and used decorated, recycled shoe boxes for their sets. Then, they learned how to make their self-created clay sculptures come alive. The finished short films will be shown at HIFF on June 11 at Highfield Junior School, 1:00 PM and June 12 at 6:00 PM.
