Atwater Village Theatre (Los Angeles, CA)
When No Homo premiered at the 2014 Hollywood Fringe Festival it nearly swept the Closing Night Awards, snagging nine nominations and five wins, including Best World Premiere, Best in Ensemble Theatre, Best Director and more. Subsequent performances at the New York International Fringe Festival met with similar acclaim and audience approval. Now the fan favorite returns to Los Angeles in this Be Flat Productions presentation at the Atwater Village Theatre. No Homo tells the tale of two 20-something guys living in Los Angeles. Though they both consider themselves heterosexual, their friendship seems pretty gay to their friends and families. Before long, the guys start to question their own sexual identities, leading to one drunken night that their friendship might not survive.
