Laemmle’s NoHo 7 (North Hollywood, CA)
It’s 1980, and all the students at Vince Lombardi High School want to do is party and rock out to their favorite punk albums. It’s enough to give the school’s principal a nervous breakdown! But when a group of parents attempt to burn a pile of rock records, the students take over their campus and, with the help of “honorary students” the Ramones, face off against the older generation (along with the city’s police squad) in an epic — and explosive — finale. Roger Corman produced this cult rock ‘n’ roll comedy featuring plenty of early-’80s hijinks and classic cuts by punk legends the Ramones. See this on the big screen at Laemmle’s NoHo 7, where a themed food truck will be offering food for purchase to add to the fun party atmosphere.
