Smile Theatre presents the world premiere of the new musical theatre production, “Newfoundland Mary”, in a special National Seniors’ Day celebration performance.

This musical love story follows the evolving relationship between two people from very different worlds as they discover the importance of music in surviving life’s challenges, the value of friendship during times of uncertainty, and the possibility of love at a mature age. This heartwarming original score features Cuban music, Newfoundland jigs and ballads.

Smile theatre is a professional theatre and charity that brings musical theatre to isolated senior citizens across Ontario and beyond.
