Recently named “Ladies of Laughter Pro Champion,” Alycia Cooper has been racking up the accolades with stand-out appearances on NBC’s America’s Got Talent and Last Comic Standing, BET’s Comic View and The Steve Harvey Show. She was the first female comic to perform on BET’s Mo’Nique Show, hosted by Oscar winner Mo’Nique. One of the most prolific writers and producers in the entertainment business today, she’s written for The Steve Harvey Morning Show and Russell Simmons, worked on Dr. Phil and Wanda Sykes’ series Wanda Does It and Wanda at Large, and still finds time to headline comedy clubs and colleges across America.
