Scarborough Arts takes part in this year’s Culture Days with Poetry Came in Search of Me,* a free poetry-focused series of events curated by emerging poetry curator, Anna Nieminen.
Join us on Thursday, September 24, 2015 for the Launch Event, with special guests including First Nations artists Lena Recollet and Jennifer Alicia, musician Matti Palonen, League of Canadian Poets member Jeevan Bhagwat, historian and author Barbara Myrvold, and The Urban Geographer Daniel Rotsztain. Poets will also be invited to perform their own pieces for our Open Mic segment.
