First Toronto event of the regular season! Join us at the Great Hall for an exciting night of live painting, 16 painters will create the best work they can and the audience votes to choose who will advance to the Toronto Finals next spring.
Congratulations again to Nick Sweetman the 2015 Toronto Champion. Nick finished in the top 5 of Nationals this past July and spent most of the summer creating amazing murals around the city for the Pan-Am Games. Great work Mr Sweetman, were proud of all youre doing for the Arts in Toronto!

WHAT IS ART BATTLE?
Art Battle is live competitive painting. Painters create the best work they can in 20 minutes. As they work, patrons move around the easels, closely watching the creative process. The medium is acrylic paint and the tools allowed are brushes, palette knives or any non-mechanical implements. At the end of the round, the audience votes democratically for their favourite painting and bids in silent auction to take the work home.
