After a devastating car accident on Halloween Night, successful Hollywood agent Rich finds himself stuck in “The In-Between,” where he must remain until his soul decides whether or not to leave his body. Thus begins Afterlife/Afterdeath, a modern-day musical based on the parable The Rich Man and Lazarus. The play combines comedy, drama, contemporary music and dance to tell Rich’s story as he grapples with the choices of his past. With Father Abraham as his guide, Rich revisits Halloweens past, reliving the highs and lows of his climb to the top. As he comes to realize the eternal consequences of his decisions, will Rich get the chance to change his ways? Find out when this faith-based musical comes to the Panorama High School Auditorium in Van Nuys.
