Walk the Moon classifies their music as an “indie-pop fiesta,” and that’s a good description for the band that ruled the airwaves this past summer with their monster hit “Shut Up and Dance.” They’ll be performing that song and a bunch of other favorites when their Talking Is Hard tour comes to the Greek Theatre this month. Influenced by some of their favorite New Wave bands like Talking Heads, David Bowie and The Police, Walk the Moon have not only scored #1 hits, but also rocked audiences on shows like Late Night, Jimmy Kimmel and The Tonight Show. Saint Motel and Holychild will open the show.
