Frank Sinatra and the Rat Pack crooning, Marilyn Monroe and Elizabeth Taylor sipping champagne, mobsters counting their cash — the Sands Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas was legendary. What better way to celebrate those heady days than with a musical cocktail of songs and stars from the past and present? A Night at the Sands is an original, fictional tribute to the famous entertainers who made the Sands one of the hottest casinos in old-school Vegas, with a modern twist. The joint’s hopping with song, dance and comedy, but the boys learn that the casino’s been hit and they’re taking the fall. With the help of their entourage, however, they just might be able to cash out without giving it all to the house. Dig these smooth sounds at The Sayers Club, one of L.A.’s most rockin’ nightspots.
