Raheem DeVaughn and Leela James go together like Peaches & Herb and Ashford & Simpson, and they’re making a stop at L.A.’s Club Nokia, where favorites like DeVaughn’s “Customer” and James’ “Set Me Free” will get the place moving. Separately, they’ve released chart-topping albums and been nominated for multiple Grammys, but together, they create a unique sound sure to transport you back to the glory days of soul. If that wasn’t enough, exciting up-and-comer V. Bozeman, a singer-songwriter currently featured on the Fox drama Empire, is the opening act.
