How early should we start this one? For the last 3 shows we've played, we started around 10pm and there were already 25 people signed up to sing. If we start at 9:pm, will people arrive and sing early? What if we start at 8pm?
UPDATE: there's a book launch earlier in the night, so the earliest we can get started is 9:30pm
