The Elgin and Winter Garden Theatre Centre is offering free public tours this February during Heritage Week. This National Historic Site is also home to the last operating double-decker theatre in the world. Tours are approximately 90 minutes and no reservation is required. Arrive 10 minutes before the tours and meet in the lobby of the theatres.
