The event has been set as a multi-phase progression event with exciting, very different segments running all morning, afternoon and evening. Vendors will be present to offer baked goods, virgin cocktails and other food items throughout the course of the day.
The morning: Kidsorama
The 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. segment is directed towards children and youth. A multitude of activities will be scheduled including a story time, movie time, magician, comedian, specialized arts and crafts and much more for your kids to enjoy. Alongside, special health and wellness professionals will be on site for parents as well as healthy snacks and coffee will be available while the kids are entertained too!
The Afternoon: Happy Dayz
During the midday phase, 12 p.m. to 5 p.m., artists, vendors and health and wellness booth will be on site providing talks, demonstrations and info sessions. This will move into a fun phase with games for adults and henna, flower crowns and braiding areas for women.
The Evening: Lucerna
In the evening, 6 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. comedy acts will be featured among a violinist, flutist, trumpets, drums and various forms of dance. A fashion show is also in the works. Inspirational short talks will be given by the Voice Gavel Club and some spoken word poets may be on hand to add an accent of oration to the end of the evening!
The main event will be devoted to raising funds for the Child Victims of Injunstice through donations, auction of the 15 moving art pieces and many raffle prizes to be won!
Our Mission: This fundraising full day event has been designed to raise funds with local families, artists, performers, friends, health and wellness professionals and young talent. Together we hope to join hands and help give back fundamental respect and dignity to all children. This would include prevention and protection for their physical and mental health, peace and freedom of choice.
