Montreal pianist Jean-Michel Blais performs his debut album Il as well as improvised compositions inspired by the AGO's current exhibition Outsiders: American Photography and Film, 1950s1980s, in a special performance at The AGO's Walker Court.

Jean-Michel Blais experiments with classical form and creates enchanting instrumental compositions with melodic pop sensibilities. His debut album Il is available April 8th on Arts & Crafts.

Jean-Michel Blais is performing at The AGO 3 Fridays in April as part of the AGO's Friday Night series – April 8th, 15th and 22nd.
