On Saturday, July 9th join us on an educational excursion to some of the finest wine and cheese destinations in Prince Edward County. Our tour will begin at the renowned Norman Hardie Winery where Norman Hardie will lead a tour discussing the production of his premium wines. Our next stop will be Fifth Town Artisan Cheese Co. where owner Patricia Bertozzi-Secord will lead a discussion about their sustainable approach to crafting their artisanal cheeses. Lastly, we will explore the vineyards at Closson Chase with winemaker Keith Tyers.
