Hi Team!

I'm starting a weekly fitness class in the park since it's been such a beautiful summer! I've spoken to some of you individually and you've all said that you'd be interested in trying it out.

Everyone at all fitness levels is welcome so feel free to bring your friends to these classes.

Details:

Type of exercise: The classes will be a full body, high intensity workout, so you will sweat!

Frequency: 1x week or more depending on how big our group gets!

Price: $10/class or $90 if you sign up for 10 classes

Duration: 1 hour of intensity + extra time to mingle before and after class

I'll provide the water and snacks!

Please bring your own towels and workout mats.

PS: I've heard that when you share your goals with people, they're more likely to help you achieve them so therefore, my goal is to have at least 20 people per class per week. I'd LOVE your enthusiastic "hell yeahs!" in support!
