We can’t decide if this dress that Kim Kardashian is wearing is fabulous or hideous. Since it’s fashion week in New York she should expect to be scrutinized. Her makeup looks unusually natural which is a plus, and the dress is a flattering shade of red, but that peplum almost makes her look pregnant from the side view and it makes her hips look awfully wide from the front view. Maybe she’s just not the peplum type…
