Two offbeat characters turn heads in Manhattan. You might remember red-hairedGrace Coddington from the Vogue magazine documentary “The September >Issue.” She has some head of hair, doesn’t she? A former model, Grace has been the brilliant Creative Director at Vogue since 1988 and the film implied that SHE was the real genius at Vogue, not Anna Wintour, who enjoys all the credit. The unlikeable but brilliant designer John Galliano always breaks fashion rules. His racist meltdown blamed on alcoholism a few years ago destroyed his career, but he is attempting a comeback.
