Flying is so unpleasant these days that any deviation from the norm is welcome. We had no idea that Hello Kitty was SO popular in Taiwan that five of EVA Airways jets are dedicated to the cartoon figure. The exterior and interior of the planes carry the theme from pillows to bathroom toiletries to in-flight dining. The kids meals are especially cute and feature Kitty shaped pasta. So far the Hello Kitty fleet is highly profitable. Maybe we could have an Elvis jet in America.
