It looked like a jampacked opening of a new nightclub in Hollywood when Sugar Factory opened its seventh outlet at Hollywood & Highland. Kylie Jenner was trapped in the crowd and called for someone to escort her inside because she was hosting the party. At 16, she is age appropriate to host THIS event because the establishment sells all kinds of ice cream and candy – no alcohol.
