Revealed: Nana Patekar’s role in Prakash Raj’s Tadka

 

Readers may recall that we had reported about Prakash Raj’s directorial debut Tadka, which happens to be the remake of the Malayalam hit film  Salt N’ Pepper. The latest update is that veteran actor Nana Patekar will be seen in the role of an archaeologist in the film.

Reports state that Nana Patekar will be presented in a never-before avatar and will be seen sporting a contemporary look in Tadka, which is primality set in Goa. Shriya Saran will be seen in the role of Nana Patekar’s love interest. The film traces the journey of two individuals whose passion for cooking brings them closer as they eventually fall in love.

Besides Nana Patekar and Shriya Saran, Tadka also stars Ali Fazal and Taapsee Pannu in the lead roles. The film is expected to be released by the end of this year.
