Force, which introduced the audience to the crude, no-nonsense officer ACP Yashvardhan, will now be moving forward as a franchise. At least, that’s what John Abraham has to say about the film, whose sequel is just a couple of weeks away from its release.
John Abraham will return as ACP Yashvardhan in the forthcoming release Force 2 as the actor will now be on a deadly mission of saving the RAW agents of the country who are under attack. He will be working on the mission with a co-RAW agent played by Sonakshi Sinha. Before the sequel even hit the theatres, John announced that this film is all set to turn into a franchise. Comparing it to how each actor in the West owns a franchise, like Matt Damon in Bourne series or Sylvester Stallone in Rambo, John states that Force has become his legitimate franchise.
He also further added that Force 3 is inevitable and that they are aware of how to take the franchise further as they already have a hint for the third instalment.
Force 2 stars Tahir Raj Bhasin in a negative role and is said to be a tribute to the martyred undercover agents. Directed by Abhinay Deo, the film is slated to release on November 18.
