Over the years, the film industry has seen several real life ex-couples who have buried their hatchets and come together for a film or have become cordial with each other. During Udta Punjab, we could see that ex-couple Shahid Kapoor and Kareena Kapoor Khan, who were once not on talking terms at all, have let the bygones be bygones and came together for the trailer launch of the film.
At Lux Golden Rose Awards that took place recently, Shahid Kapoor and Kareena Kapoor Khan were both present at the event. It was heard that the two even hugged it out when they bumped into each other. While talking to a leading daily, Shahid said that he did bump into Kareena and it was heart-warming for him to see her fully pregnant. As he too recently became father to a baby girl, Shahid was happy for Kareena. He said that it was very nice to see Kareena Kapoor Khan and they even talked about his daughter Misha. He had also asked her when she was due, and she told him it is sometime next month.
On the work front, Shahid will be next seen in Vishal Bhardwaj’s Rangoon alongside Kangna Ranaut and Saif Ali Khan. He will start shooting for Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s Padmavati soon.
