Kaabil

Joining the current trend of remake of old classics, the makers of Kaabil announced that they would be reviving the popular song from the Amitabh Bachchan, Neetu Kapoor starrer 1981 film Yaarana, ‘Saara Zamaana Haseeno Ka Deewana’. While we have already received the glamorous version of Urvashi Rautela grooving to the number, we hear that there is another version to the same.

Kaabil, quintessentially, is a revenge saga of a blind man against the powerful as he has been wronged and his family has been destroyed. The makers have been trying to keep the rest of the plot under wraps and this is the reason why they had to shoot two versions of the same song. It seems that the other version of ‘Saara Zamaana’ is a part of the script and helps in taking the story of the film forward. However, portraying that version would have given away a part of the plot which the makers weren’t keen on revealing. Hence, they decided to come up with the special number and had Urvashi Rautela dancing to the peppy track.

Producer of the film Rakesh Roshan though did not divulge any details he did maintain that Kaabil has a lot of surprises in store for the audience.

Starring Yami Gautam, Rohit Roy, Ronit Roy, Kaabil is directed by Sanjay Gupta and is slated to release on January 25.
