 Audiences are eagerly awaiting the release of their favourite superstar Shah Rukh Khan’s film Raees and the trailer has already created a wave amongst them. While the actor is known for his unique promotional strategies, this time around too he followed the suit and had a rather interesting encounter yesterday.

The name ‘Raees’ has caught everyone’s attention and SRK happened to meet eleven people by the name of ‘Raees’ at Mehboob Studios located in suburban Mumbai. The actor met 11 such real life Raees and interacted with them. He was curious to know the reason behind their names and even chatted about what each of them do in their lives.

He was pleased when each of the eleven people introduced themselves as ‘Raees’ and there was an echo of sorts that was created with the repetition of the name and people present were actually amused with it. The superstar truly made their day by spending time with each of the eleven Raees animatedly interacting with them and making them feel comfortable.

Directed by Rahul Dholakia, Raees also marks the debut of Pakistani actress Mahira Khan and it stars Nawazuddin Siddiqui in a prominent role. The film is all set to release on January 25.
