It’s a given that, there is never a dull moment when there’s the impeccable duo of Ranveer Singh and Arjun Kapoor around. Despite their film Gunday not working at the Box-Office, the duo’s bromance only grew stronger with every passing day.
This time round, Ranveer Singh and Arjun Kapoor decided to do something quirkily different. This time round, they had their Gunday’s director Ali Abbas Zafar for company. The trio posed as Gandhi’s three famous monkeys against the poster of the Amitabh Bachchan starrer Mohabbatein. Considering that it’s Ranveer Singh and Arjun Kapoor, the ‘preaching better be different’ than the usual. Prima facie, while the trio look like the visual representation to the famous preaching of ‘See No Evil, Hear No Evil and Speak No Evil’, Ranveer Singh explained that the trio stood for three ‘stambh’ (pillars) viz., ‘Parampara’, ‘Pratishtha’ aur ‘Anushasan’. Readers may know that, Amitabh Bachchan’s character in Mohabbatein Narayan Shankar was someone who swore by the aforementioned three ‘stambhs’.
On the films’ front, while Ranveer Singh is all pepped up to star with Alia Bhatt in Zoya Akhtar’s Gully Boy, he will also be seen in Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s Padmavati. On the other hand, Arjun Kapoor is busy with the shooting of his film Half Girlfriend, which has Shraddha Kapoor as his co-star.
