The music of Mohit Suri‘s Half Girlfriend is a colossal hit. After the flagship song ‘Baarish’ which is massive by any standards, another huge hit from the album is ‘Main Phir Bhi Tumko Chahunga’ sung by Arijit Singh and composed by Mithoon. The latest news is that Shraddha Kapoor has recorded a female version ‘Main Phir Bhi Tumko Chahungi’ and the song will be out very soon.
Shraddha and Arjun Kapoor in a Bollywood Hungama exclusive interview with Faridoon Shahryar revealed that the song will also be a part of the film as it’s the take of Riya Somani on love and longing. Both Arjun and Shraddha are thrilled with the response to the music of the film. It has been seen in the past that if music of a film gets an extraordinary response before the release then it generally translates into the film taking a good opening. Expectations are sky high with Half Girlfriend as well.
