Why Tubelight’s debacle hasn’t affected Salman Khan

Nothing changes for Salman Khan after delivering a blockbuster. Then why should things change for the superstar after he delivers a flop? Even after Tubelight bombed at the box office, Salman Khan hasn’t really got affected.

Salman Khan explained that he has never considered himself a superstar the way people make him out to be. He’s still an ordinary person at heart. He also believes that those people who actually change after becoming famous don’t actually last long. Salman Khan emphasized that there are actors who get into a complacent zone and begin to think that whatever they do is fine. He feels that this is the worst thing to do ever. His belief is that no matter how big a person has become, he should always work in the same passionate way like he did for his first film. Salman Khan emphasized for sincerity in every shot and focus. He signed off by saying that if one takes everything for granted, then that person’s stardom would end sooner than expected.

Tubelight was Salman Khan’s first flop in eight years. His last flop was London Dreams in 2009 and after that he delivered eleven films, eight of which were blockbusters. And then came Tubelight and it spoiled the great track record enjoyed by Salman Khan.

Salman Khan is currently gearing up for Tiger Zinda Hai, the sequel to his 2012 blockbuster Ek Tha Tiger. It co-stars Katrina Kaif and is directed by Ali Abbas Zafar. It is all set to release on Christmas this year.
