Shah Rukh Khan is known to celebrate many Indian festivities with great enthusiasm at his residence. From Diwali to Eid, Shah Rukh Khan also gives royal treatment to his guests during these celebrations and the actor recently also ended up celebrating Janmashtami in an interesting way.
Readers may be aware that during Janmashtami/Gokulashtami, there are Dahi Handi celebrations organized across cities to rejoice the arrival of Lord Krishna. While many celebrities attended the Dahi Handi functions in many cities, where some of them were even promoting their forthcoming films, Shah Rukh Khan celebrated Dahi Handi at his residence in his own unique way.
In fact, here is a video shared by the team of the actor on social media, where one can see Shah Rukh Khan taking to Dahi Handi himself and breaking it. The actor is seen sitting atop a security personnel as he gains balance after which he enthusiastically breaks the ‘matka’ [mud pot].
On the film front, Shah Rukh Khan who was last seen in Jab Harry Met Sejal is currently busy with the shoot schedule of Aanand L. Rai’s untitled next which also features Katrina Kaif and Anushka Sharma in leading roles.
