Although her film Haseena Parkar had faced a delay recently, the actress now continues with the promotions of the film but at the same time, that hasn’t hindered the process of shooting for her next. Readers may be aware that the Kapoor girl has been signed for the Saina Nehwal biopic and has been preparing for the same.
Shraddha Kapoor, who has been actively practicing badminton to play the champion accurately, recently was spotted with Saina Nehwal herself. It is a known fact that Saina has been extending full support to her biopic and it was only after an extensive recee did the film go on floor. However, now with Saina coming to help Shraddha to get the nuances of the game correct, it seems that the two ladies have found a new bond with each other.
Shraddha Kapoor who was excited to meet Saina Nehwal took to Instagram to share pictures of the meet saying, “Today training with the champ herself @nehwalsaina.” The actress had earlier posted a picture of badminton signaling the film going on floor on social media and ever since has been updating about the film’s progress on the platform.
Talking about the film, Amole Gupte had earlier expressed interest in directing the Saina Nehwal biopic but after Shraddha Kapoor came on board, the film started taking shape in a rapid manner. It will be produced under the banner T-Series by Bhushan Kumar.
